14 days to change your mind — no hassle
Under European law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Within this period, you can return your order without giving a reason.
Send an email to info@dotastoys.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 working days with a return label.
Pack the product carefully (preferably in original packaging). Attach the return label to the box and drop it off at a PostNL point.
Once we have received and checked the parcel (1–2 working days), you will receive a confirmation email.
The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method (iDEAL, credit card, etc.) within 5 working days.

💸 €3.95 return costs for orders under €25.00 (deducted from your refund)
🇧🇪 From Belgium: return costs are paid by the customer (€5.95)
Exchanges are possible as long as the product meets the return conditions. When you request a return label, tell us which product you'd like instead. We will settle any price difference.
