📋 When can you return?
Under European law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Within this period, you can return your order without giving a reason.
- ✅ Product unused and in original packaging
- ✅ All labels and stickers still present
- ✅ Registered within 14 days of delivery
- ❌ Digital products / downloads (non-returnable after activation)
- ❌ Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
🚀 How does the return process work?
Register via email
Send an email to info@dotastoys.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with a return label.
Pack & ship
Pack the product carefully (preferably in original packaging). Attach the return label to the box and drop it off at a PostNL point.
Receipt & inspection
Once we have received and inspected the package (1-2 business days), you will receive a confirmation email.
Refund
The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method (iDEAL, credit card, etc.) within 5 business days.
💶 Return costs
🟢 Free returns for orders above €25.00
💸 €3.95 return costs for orders under €25.00 (deducted from refund)
🇧🇪 From Belgium: return costs are at the customer's expense (€5.95)
🔄 Want to exchange?
Exchanges are possible as long as the product meets the return conditions. Specify which replacement product you would like when requesting a return label. We will settle any price difference.
