1. Reflection period & right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order 14 days after the day of receipt to cancel (revoke) without giving any reason. After this revocation you have the right to cancel again 14 days the time to return your product.
You will then be credited with the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs paid for the outward shipment. The costs for the return shipment will be deducted from the refund amount , unless otherwise agreed. These return costs are clearly stated when creating the return label.
2. How does returning via the return label work?
With your first order you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link . You will find a button on this MyParcel page "Returns." This button allows you to easily create and print a return label.
You do not need to do this no separate return form To complete the form, simply follow the steps on the MyParcel page, stick the return label on the package, and drop it off at the designated parcel point.
3. Conditions for returns
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, just as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we cannot refund you. depreciation of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

4. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

6. Refund
After receiving your cancellation request and return shipment, we will refund the order amount, including any standard shipping costs paid for the outward shipment and minus the return costs (if applicable), as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after registering your return back to you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for this refund.
